Current NC Files directory
Using Table Grid files
Small Body files are for the smaller routers including the DWP611 and Bosch Colt.
Large Body files are for the larger routers including the PC892, Bosch 1617, Hitachi M12VC, and 80mm spindles.
Choose the table extents file for your router size and machine size and run using a V bit or 1/16" end mill.
Then run the corresponding threaded inserts file using a 1/8" end mill.
Holes are sized for 1/4-20 barbed inserts.
