For the edges was used PVC 1mm tickness so it bends kind of easy and can be held using acrylic cement either.

Hi HANNAH024 Thank You very much. The F was cut in a probotix meteor machine. I took the design and divided in parts that fit 25 x 48 and one piece was shorter 23 x 48. A 4x8 sheet divided in four. Didn´t overlap them just cut the exact size and glued them by the edges. Using a small bit 1/64 help m...
