Krylon and Rustoleum Rattle Spray cans. Flats and Satins. Works great on styrene but I'm not sure about styrofoam. I do buy those large green foam insulation sheets from Lowes and use them as a base for all my buildings. They are spray painted with the same paint to get a 'concrete' sort of look and...
