Re: Tool touch off sensor

The first move after the tool change routine is Z0.2. The next move is then plunging below the top of the stock Z-0.1264. Looks like the CAM software is causing this or this file has been modified. How did you make this file?

Re: Styrene Model Train Depot

I am an HO scale modeller, and actually model railroading is what sparked PROBOTIX. I would love to see pics of the machine cutting these parts is you have any.

Re: Cut does not match preview

If you mean G61 exact stop mode - you don't wanna use that mode ever. It will take *forever* to cut.

Re: Cut does not match preview

To capture that detail, you may need to turn that P value after the G64 down. Right now its rounding over corners up to 0.010 of an inch. There is a special section on the wiki that describes G64 in detail.

Re: Z Puck!

Puck is complete, except if you *also* have the Tool Length Sensor, and then you have to solder a couple of connections as seen in the wiki. With the puck, first, you attach the alligator clip to the tool (either by clipping it or by magnet) and position the puck under the tool. Then click a button ...

Re: Z Puck!

The Unity cannot do it because we are already using all of the pins on the primary parallel port. Its easy to drop in a $12 PCI parallel port card. I'm not gonna tell you its easy to adjust the configs, but part of the cost includes you sending us your configs and having us adjust them for you. We d...

Re: BAD COMPANY

She didn't - what she said was our customers were calling you a troll. This information is not top secret. In fact we provided you what information you asked for and would be happy to continue to do so. But there is not a simple 1,2,3 how to manual for any of this. Not from us, and not from anyone e...

Re: BAD COMPANY

Jeff, I am sorry you feel that way. You purchased a Unity controller from us and asked what the microstep setting was for the drivers. We told you that we do not set them to any specific setting, but that they were likely set to quarter stepping. We do set the current to match the motors (if you get...
