That's Why it is called a SPOILBOARD

Postby HANNAH024 » Thu Sep 17, 2015 5:44 pm

OK!!! My new spoilboard is not new anymore. First job with the new board in place....
I usually cut through the work by 0.010"; however, this time I wanted the bottom of the part to be splinter free so I cut through by 0.50",
and the stock was 0.70 instead of the programmed thickness of 0.75". Resulting in a 0.1" deep groove in my new spoilboard...
Oh well, that's why it is called a spoilboard....

LOL I have done that myself, too. I want to replace my spoil board, my t-track setup isn't working like I wanted it to. I just haven't gotten to it.
