 If you choose the default options that are selected when you load the V90/X90 product page, you will have the most popular, most complete, best performing package. This includes the Ready-to-run option, where we wire up all of the electronics into a professional enclosure complete with fuses, fuse blocks, power switch, heatsink and fan, motor connectors and all. This also comes with the 40V Linear power supply. You will just need to assemble the machine, bolt on the motors, and connect the control box to your PC.

 * Put a couple of drops of 3 in 1 oil on each of the linear rails before homing the machine each day. This will allow a tiny amount of oil to be sucked up into the bearing housings.  The Delrin nuts are self-lubricating and all of the other bearings are sealed. The most important thing is to keep any dust cleaned off of the machine especially if you are cutting abrasive materials such as MDF, fiber glass, or carbon fiber.
 * Grease the bearings about once a year with a standard wheel bearing grease that you would use on a vehicle. You could grease it more frequent if you feel the need to do so. The average has been once a year with most of our users. Some grease about every 6 months since they are using their machine heavily in a production environment.  You would use a grease gun on the Z axis. The X and Y axes you would need to remove the bearings from the rails and grease the bearings then reinstall. There is not another way to properly grease them as they do not have fittings.
