Here is a simple, inexpensive, yet effective way to build a table to support, your Comet, Meteor, or Asteroid. You can sometimes find monitor arms on eBay like the one we are using on our Test Rig.

  1. Start by cutting two 45's on the 4x4 legs.
  2. Then drill holes and pound 5/16 tee nuts into them.
  3. Then carriage bolts allow you to level the table.
  4. 1x4's complete the frame and MDF provides a nice smooth surface to support the machine.
