Driver System:

The Unity2E CNC Controller includes 5x 4.2Amp MondoStep Bipolar Drivers at defaults, giving you versatility. Have a machine with two motors driving the gantry? No problem. You will still have a spare back-up driver for high-reliability, or use the spare for a rotary axis, and still be able to swap it over as a backup in case you have a driver failure in a high-reliability production environment.

Ethernet Based Interface

No more parallel ports! Uses the Mesa Electronics 7i92TH interface card coupled to our custom breakout board with multiplexer to increases the total I/O to 60. Integrated MPG jog pendant interface, laser PWM control, ATLaS and Z-puck, and even an input for a touch probe. The breakout board features an additional 8 NPN and 8 PNP inputs.

110VAC or 220VAC Operation

Now with a powerful Meanwell power supply that can be switched from 110 to 220 VAC input for use internationally.

Integrated back panel includes:

• Connections for up to 5 motors
